We have a 30-day return/exchange policy within the US, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and with any tags in place. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please indicate on the receipt whether you are requesting an exchange or a return and the reason.
An exchanged item will be shipped out on ground delivery. If the item is no longer available, you will be contacted via email and can choose a substituted item, subject to that item's cost, or a refund.
A restocking fee of $10 will be charged for any exchange or return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using your store credit.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return however we do not provide a traditional cash refund. Your refund will be provided in form of a store credit which can be redeemed when you make a purchase from the store. A store credit gift card containing the dollar value of your returned item(s) will be sent to you via email upon successful confirmation of your return. Your gift card is a one time use only and will expire after a period of 12months.
