Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please see our refund policy below.
To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags in place. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please indicate on the receipt whether you are requesting an exchange or a return and the reason.
Dragonfly is pleased to offer store credit on all returned clothing items within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to return a purchase, please send a message to request a free return shipping label using the "Contact Us” form below. Once the item is received and reviewed by Dragonfly, you will receive a store credit code for use on your next purchase. Since it may take up to 2 weeks for your item to reach us, we suggest you make a new purchase if you need your item quickly or you make an exchange before we sell out of that item. Your store credit can be used on your next purchase - we’re always getting new inventory so we promise you’ll want to shop again!
